1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment.

Delivery Window: Standard shipping averages 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delays: Weather, carrier issues, or customs may occasionally extend delivery times. EtherealBe is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist where possible.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided (when available) once your order is shipped. Please allow a few days for updates to appear.

2. Refunds & Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

Refunds: Processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchanges: Allowed for the same product in a different size or color, if available.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us at CustomerCare@EtherealBe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, we may not be able to cancel if the order has entered processing.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale/clearance, intimate apparel, makeup, perfume, swimwear, personalized/custom products, and gift cards.

Large/High-Value Orders: May require additional review and processing time.

Zero Tolerance: Attempts to commit fraud (false claims, stolen credit cards, abuse of promotions, etc.) will result in order cancellation, account termination, and possible legal action.
